• Three most recent Bank Statements

3. Proof of Address:

• Most recent Phone Bill
• Utility Bills
• Gas
• Electric
• Water

4. References:

• Three to six References
• Name
• Address
• Phone Number

5. Proof of Insurance:

• Full coverage at the time of purchase
